Love killed my innocence.

by Peter Koskela

Well, I hate to rain on the parade, but this is the worst case of German being used incorrectly I have ever seen in my whole life.

“Love killed my innocence” would either be “Liebe hat meine Unschuld getötet” or “Liebe tötete meine Unschuld” in German.

What you see on that person’s neck is a bad word-for-word translation, and I hope they sue the tattoo artist.
